It was amazing! And we couldn't be MORE THRILLED with our OUTSTANDING photographer Keira Lemonis. Yes, we had a pot-luck of an assortment of pies (picnic style) and other desserts - with little chalk boards so people could write, "Made with Love By..." One thing that wasn't mentioned was that in lieu of a wedding cake, we had an old-school ice cream truck. We paid him a flat rate of $2.00pp and not everbody went up...it only cost us about $200! EVERYBODY loved it...especially the kids! Trent and I met him at the gate and rode in waving out the window while the ice cream music played. ALSO, for those interested, Trent DID make his boutineer out of ribbon - I had the template from a magazine and as you can see - not only was it amazing but an awesome keepsake!
